Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of incoming customer inquiries
• Customer-oriented advice on products and services
• Processing of administrative matters and billing inquiries
• Identification of sales opportunities as well as active up- and cross-selling
• Receipt and processing of malfunctions in 1st-level support
• Careful documentation and logging of customer conversations

What you bring with you

• Initial professional experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is an advantage
• Joy in customer contact as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good understanding of Swiss German (mandatory)
• Good PC and advanced IT user skills
• Technical understanding and interest in telecommunications
• Affinity for sales and consulting
• Tact in dealing with demanding customer situations
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented way of working
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
