For our client, a recognized company in its sector of activity, we are looking for an HR Specialist at 80–100% wishing to put their expertise to the service of a dynamic team. In this versatile role, you will ensure the administrative management of human resources throughout the entire employee life cycle, participate in payroll processing, and contribute to the smooth running of HR processes.
Your tasks at your new employer
You coordinate HR activities and payroll management in an international environment, guaranteeing reliable and efficient processes
You manage the payroll process from A to Z: collection and control of variables, coordination with external partners, validation of payments, and monitoring of operations
You ensure the complete administrative management of the employee life cycle, from integration to departure, in compliance with legal obligations
You administer HR and time management tools and ensure the quality, reliability, and exploitation of HR data
You are the local HR partner for employees and managers, supporting them daily and advising them on all HR topics
You contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and practices, while promoting fluid collaboration with the different stakeholders
You offer your new employer
You benefit from initial experience in human resources administration, supplemented by confirmed experience in payroll management
You hold a commercial training or an equivalent diploma, ideally supplemented by a specialization in human resources
Your first language is French and you are fluent in German (written and oral)
You master common HR tools and have a genuine interest in new technologies
You wish to invest yourself sustainably within a company and actively contribute to its long-term development
