For a family-like elderly and nursing home in the Basel region, we are looking for a Head of Nursing and Care 80-100%. For the home, respectful interaction with the residents and within the team is a matter of course. It places value on ensuring that the residents feel at home. The elderly and nursing home is very well accessible by public transport as well as by car.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed higher education (tertiary level) in the field of nursing/care (at least dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF)
• Leadership training and proven professional and leadership experience
• Strong resilience and very good communication skills
• Respectful and open leadership style

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of all nursing departments
• Together with your team, you ensure the future-oriented further development of a service- and resident-oriented, professional nursing quality according to current standards
• With your experience, you ensure professional documentation of nursing services
• You are the central contact person for internal as well as external concerns, such as from residents, relatives, doctors, hospitals, etc.
• You examine and initiate possible further developments in quality and economic efficiency
• You have the courage to provide and grasp structure
