Your Tasks Management, support, and coordination of integration projects with customers in an interface function with other internal departments and external partners Surveying, analysis, conception, and documentation of customer-specific needs Development of solution concepts in coordination with strategic requirements regarding customer integrations Creation of feasibility studies, specifications, and documentation Planning, scheduling, estimating resources, and deploying integration projects including communication with all internal stakeholders (e.g., specialist departments) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, EDI providers, etc.) Configuration of EDI connections, testing, documentation, go-live, monitoring, etc. Analysis of technical problems with existing integrations as well as the definition, coordination, and implementation of solution finding Recognition of optimization potential in the customer's digital ordering processes; analysis and conception, adaptation, and implementation Support and accompaniment of the sales team Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects and committees as a specialist for customer systems and ordering processes Deputizing in the support of connections to external and internal e-commerce systems and platforms Support in ensuring smooth and timely cross-docking data processes (suppliers) Your Profile Completed basic training as an Informatiker:in EFZ, commercial basic training, or a comparable qualification is an advantage, with further training in informatics/business informatics Professional experience with cross-company system integrations in a commercial environment Sound knowledge of interfaces, especially EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and experience with e-commerce systems Understanding of business processes and experience in business analysis and project management, at least in participating in or managing smaller projects and work packages High customer orientation, strong solution orientation, and a pragmatic way of working Analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly and appropriately to the target group Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working with pleasure in taking on responsibility Very good German skills as well as willingness to travel and a category B driver's license.
