YOUR MISSION ### • You actively contribute to the development of the health and wealth product range and participate in the implementation of the company's strategy • You design, develop and manage new insurance products as well as innovative models responding to market evolutions • The analysis of trends and the identification of development opportunities allow you to anticipate customer needs • You draft the general and special conditions of the products and ensure monitoring of regulatory requirements • From the design phase to the market launch, you coordinate projects in collaboration with various internal and external partners • Thanks to the analysis of data and performance indicators, you contribute to the continuous improvement and success of the products Your qualities #### • You have an excellent understanding of the challenges of the insurance market as well as the applicable regulatory frameworks (LAMal/OAMal, FINMA, nLPD) • You distinguish yourself by a developed analytical mind, a structured approach and a strong ability to synthesize • Your natural leadership and interpersonal skills allow you to unite different stakeholders around common objectives • Customer oriented, you enjoy working in a team and evolving in a constantly changing environment • You master analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI • You perfectly master French; German constitutes a real plus in this function Your experience #### • You have a higher education or a training deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience in project management is part of your background • You benefit from successful experience in the insurance sector, ideally in product development or management To join us #### • Share your experience with us with your CV Function: Chef/fe de Projet N05
