The Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. In its five schools and homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Pôle Enfance - Adolescence), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries and in the City of Geneva (Pôle Adultes), it welcomes people in situations of multiple disabilities. It also accompanies young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of collaborators in adapted employment (Pôle Entreprises et Formation).
For its Gradelle home, the Pôle Adultes is looking for:
A certified nursing assistant night watcher
Job description:
Accompany resident persons in the home during the nights
Ensure responsibility for the physical well-being, body hygiene and comfort of the beneficiaries
Administer prescribed medication
Get involved in the course of daily life in the apartment
Ensure the security of the premises
Contribute to an optimal flow of information and to the quality of links between the different professions of the multidisciplinary teams during handovers
Carry out the annual planning in collaboration with the team
Qualifications:
Certified nursing assistant training
Experience in the multiple disabilities sector
Certified capacity to work at night
Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously
Dynamism and proactive approach
Swiss nationality or valid permit
