The various missions awaiting you

• Lead, prioritize, and organize the activity of a team of nine specialized managers
• Create the conditions for collective success through close coaching and targeted technical support
• Translate strategic directions into clear objectives and monitor the team's performance
• Develop skills, encourage autonomy, and guarantee the consistent application of management rules
• Take charge of certain underwriting files and contribute to technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with other teams in the division and participate in cross-functional projects

What makes you unique

• Federal diploma in insurance or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in commercial property insurance, accompanied by a solid understanding of underwriting issues
• Team leadership experience desired, with the ability to make decisions
• Native speaker (or C2) in French or German, and C1 (min. level B2) in the other language, both orally and in writing
• Mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office)
