Goal of the position

As Site Manager, you bear overall responsibility for the location and ensure its economic, operational, and personnel success. You manage the location entrepreneurially, further develop sales and customer relationships, and, together with your team, ensure an efficient organization of sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and administration. In doing so, you combine operational presence with strategic thinking and create the prerequisites for sustainable growth, high customer satisfaction, and a strong team culture.

What awaits you

• Leading approx. 20 employees
• Responsibility for turnover, results, costs, and budget within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the Retail Management
• Implementation of the corporate strategy
• Active support of the internal and external sales service
• Active support of the product managers
• Identification and exploitation of market and product potentials
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What you bring with you

• Completed training in wood trade, retail/wholesale, logistics, or a comparable industry
• Several years of professional experience in wood trade or a related commercial environment
• Leadership experience and strong leadership competencies
• Understanding of business contexts and key figures
• Good IT user knowledge, ideally experience with ERP/inventory management systems
• Very good German skills and good French skills
