Polymechaniker/in for 5-axis milling and production technology

Activity

• Collaboration in the setup and commissioning of the new production plant
• Create programs in Siemens NX and on HEIDENHAIN TNC7
• Independently set up Fehlmann VERSA 745 and EROWA ERC 150
• Produce precision parts in 5-axis milling
• Further develop automated unmanned machining processes

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable basic training
• Practical experience in 5-axis milling with HEIDENHAIN controls
• CAM knowledge in Siemens NX counts as a plus
• Good oral and written German skills
• Interest in specifically deepening knowledge in coordinate grinding
