Production Line Leader (f/m/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent operation, monitoring, and setup of modern production systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, performance, and efficiency
• Monitoring relevant production key figures as well as initiating suitable optimization measures
• Coordination and support of the employees on the production line
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing work on the systems
• Support in fault analysis and sustainable process improvements
• Documentation of production data and workflows in the ERP system
• Control of material availability as well as support in production planning
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and technology

Your profile:

• Professional experience in a production or industrial environment
• Experience in the operation and monitoring of production systems
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on responsibility within a team
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of quality, safety, and responsibility
• Good organizational skills and networked thinking
• Experience in handling ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
