As a connoisseur of numbers, you will manage several real estate accounts in collaboration with management and thus contribute significantly to the achievement of our objectives. ###

Your tasks in detail

• Complete management of real estate accounts from A to Z
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheets
• Execution of accounting work during the entry and exit of mandates
• Participation in the preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Preparation of client-specific reporting
• Support and collaboration with the real estate management teams
• Project and cleaning work

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting indispensable and continuing education in the field of finance/real estate an asset
• Assured mastery of German, good knowledge of French
• You are solution-oriented and immediately tackle demanding tasks
• Your way of working is precise, autonomous and solution-oriented
