About the role

In the midst of a digital transition, our client is modernizing all of its tools and adapting its internal working methods. Within the Quality, Process & Projects team, you will play a key role in this transformation.

Your mission will consist of collecting field data, analyzing current processes, and evolving them to meet business needs and the digital transition. You will be required to design and formalize new optimized processes, while creating the bridge between operational teams to automate activity monitoring.

Tasks

This position combines punctuality data analysis and process modeling to optimize the efficiency of the company's most important department.

• Collect, sort, and clean raw data from different business departments
• Design and update interactive and easy-to-read dashboards to highlight trends and discrepancies
• Exchange with teams in the field to identify and understand existing work procedures
• Formulate, challenge, and synthesize operational processes by writing clear documentation with neat layout
• Create and maintain project tracking calendars to ensure an overview of deadlines.
• Provide daily operational support to the team on projects related to the optimization of internal procedures

We are looking for

• Student currently enrolled in a course or a recent graduate (HEC, HEG, EHL, HES, etc.) in management, administration, or business.
• Excellent command of French, German is an asset.
• Good command of Excel and Word tools for data structuring and reporting
• Knowledge of PowerBi, an asset
• Analytical, synthesis, and methodological rigor skills
