Tasks ##

  • Manage after-sales service (SAV) requests after the delivery of works.
  • Analyze and diagnose technical problems on site.
  • Plan and supervise the interventions of subcontractors.

Skills ##

  • Technical training in building and experience in after-sales service (SAV) required.
  • Analytical capacity and technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

Raising a building from the ground, robust, beautiful, efficient, sometimes even exceptional: more than a job, it is a challenge that passions us daily.

At Swissroc, our commitment to our clients does not stop at the handover of the keys. Maintaining a high level of quality after delivery, finding efficient solutions quickly, and managing unforeseen events: this is what ensures the sustainability of our client relationships.

To support our development, we are looking for an After-Sales Service (SAV) Works Manager to join our Quality department. Based in Genève with the rest of the team, you will also regularly intervene in the Bussigny region, where our second headquarters and several of our construction sites are located.

Your mission

You take charge of after-sales service (SAV) requests after the delivery of our works, from their reception until their closure. In this capacity, you:

Analysis and diagnosis

Ensure an effective and complete transfer of information between the Works and SAV teams once the work is delivered.

Analyze requests on technical and contractual levels based on findings, plans, revision files, contracts, and applicable standards.

Carry out visits, surveys, and diagnostics on site to identify the origin of the issues.

Analyze responsibilities with regard to construction contracts and the warranties of suppliers and subcontractors.

Evaluate the compliance of interventions with applicable regulations and standards.

Management of interventions

Define rectification solutions, consult companies, and establish provisional budgets.

Develop a detailed schedule for each intervention according to the deadlines and availability of teams, materials, and equipment.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise on the ground the interventions of companies and subcontractors, respecting quality, deadlines, and safety.

Monitor costs, commitments, deadlines, and administrative documents for each file, and control expenses.

Client relationship

Communicate clearly with clients, project owners, agencies, and purchasers, and obtain sign-offs after each intervention.

Conduct negotiations to find balanced and satisfactory solutions, while preserving the commercial relationship.

Represent Swissroc with professionalism, diplomacy, and commitment during interventions.

Traceability and continuous improvement

Ensure the traceability of your activities in Procore, Monday, WorkControl, and our other internal tools.

Write reports and intervention sheets (steps completed, materials used, associated costs) and follow corrective actions.

Develop feedback reports following each intervention: lessons learned, solutions implemented, best practices.

Identify non-conformities and recurring causes, propose preventive actions, and participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Contribute to the technical skill development of the Quality department, particularly in CVSE according to your profile.

What we expect from you

After-sales service (SAV) requests treated within contractual or agreed deadlines, with complete and up-to-date tracking in our tools.

Interventions carried out until their closure, with rectification sign-offs obtained from the parties concerned.

Controlled budgets: any discrepancy is reported before the order of additional services.

Each intervention documented in a clear report: findings, responsibilities, solutions chosen, costs, and deadlines.

Feedback and preventive actions that improve the quality of our future projects.

Your profile

Essential

Technical training in building: CFC, federal diploma, ES technician, works manager, or equivalent training.

Concrete professional experience in works management, after-sales service (SAV), technical maintenance, or coordination of building interventions.

Ability to analyze a disorder on site (findings, surveys, diagnosis) and to manage its resolution until the file is closed.

Solid technical building culture and good understanding of interfaces between trades.

Aptitude to read plans, diagrams, revision files, and contractual documents, and to establish responsibilities.

Knowledge of warranty principles and contractual responsibilities.

Autonomy in the planning, consultation, and coordination of companies, budget monitoring, and work control.

Excellent organization and ability to manage several files in parallel.

Ease with office tools and digital tools for tracking and reporting.

Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written, with professional communication and a good writing level.

Your qualities

Empathy and sense of customer service.

Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.

Excellent analytical capacity: you look for the real cause of a problem.

Sense of priorities.

Solution orientation, with a pragmatic and constructive approach.

A plus

Technical skills in CVSE: heating, ventilation, sanitary, and/or electricity.

ES technician training, federal diploma, technical CFC, or HES diploma in a CVSE or building field.

Experience in commissioning, maintenance, diagnosis, or troubleshooting of technical installations.

Good knowledge of standards
