Your mission
We are looking for dynamic, organized, autonomous, and versatile people to ensure the responsibility of the buvette and the smooth daily operation of the ice rink.
You will be a central element of public reception and will contribute to offering a pleasant and friendly experience to our visitors, families, groups, and school classes.
Your main responsibilities
Ensure the reception and information of the public with a smile and professionalism.
Welcome and accompany school classes and different groups.
Ensure the management of the buvette / snack: preparation and sale of drinks, snacks, and light catering.
Perform cash collections and manage the cash register.
Ensure the provision, retrieval, cleaning, and storage of skates.
Ensure the good condition and cleanliness of the equipment provided.
Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, the buvette, the reception areas, and the common areas.
Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety rules.
Ensure the opening and closing of the facilities according to needs.
Manage stocks of drinks, snacks, cleaning products, and material necessary for the activity.
Report any technical problems, maintenance needs, or particular situations.
Participate generally in the smooth running and good upkeep of the ice rink.
Profile
We are looking for a person:
Autonomous, reliable, and responsible
Comfortable with contact with the public, children, and groups
Smiling, welcoming, and endowed with a good sense of service
Organized and versatile, capable of moving from reception to the buvette or cleaning according to needs
Comfortable with cash management and simple administrative tasks
Having a sense of initiative and knowing how to work autonomously
Attentive to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Available to work according to the opening hours of the ice rink, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
Experience in catering, sales, public reception, or the management of a sports infrastructure is an asset, but we primarily place importance on your motivation, your seriousness, and your sense of service.
