An Accountant 80 to 100%

Your challenge
Reporting to the Finance & HR Manager, you ensure the complete maintenance of the company's general accounting: management of creditors, payments, bank and intercompany reconciliations, preparation of quarterly and annual closings, as well as VAT returns.

You also take charge of the management of debtors and litigation, the control of collections from our points of sale, events, and exhibitions, as well as the monitoring of payments from our online shop. The payroll component also falls to you: social security and withholding tax statements, tracking of hours, vacations, and absences, as well as the preparation of annual salary certificates.

Beyond these three main missions, you provide support on various files - rental management of buildings and reception spaces, occasional support for sales or harvest reception, filing and archiving - and contribute, in close collaboration with the sales assistants and the Finance & HR team, to the proper administrative functioning of the House.

Your profile
Holder of a CFC in commerce or a training deemed equivalent, you have completed your path with training in accounting (federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, or currently being obtained). You justify at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounting function, acquired in Switzerland and ideally within a recognized training company. Initial experience in payroll management and social security is an appreciated asset; knowledge of the HR field or the wine industry would be a plus.

Comfortable with modern IT tools (Office suite, ERP - Business Central an asset), you have perfect command of Excel. Rigorous, organized, and respectful of deadlines, you know how to demonstrate discretion and firmness while remaining diplomatic in your exchanges.

You appreciate precise tasks, move with ease in an SME environment, and know how to demonstrate flexibility during closing periods. Critical thinking and the ability to work in a team complete your profile.
Your native language is French or German. The idea of joining a historic family House, currently in the midst of a full transformation, excites you.
