Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team and wish to hire our future: Transport ticket inspector 100% -- CDI -- from 1 January 2027 -- Morges --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your role is essential to guarantee the proper functioning of the network and offer a positive experience to our customers. On a daily basis, you ensure the compliance of transport tickets by performing planned checks in complete safety. You are also responsible for establishing infringement reports and ensuring their collection in compliance with procedures. In parallel, you advise and inform travelers on fares, schedules, connections and itineraries, while actively contributing to promoting the image of the MBC. A professional capable of interacting with customers with tact and courtesy, while demonstrating rigor and integrity, you know how to remain calm and make appropriate decisions in sometimes complex situations. Your sense of collaboration and your ability to manage stress are essential assets to carry out your missions with efficiency and serenity. You hold a CFC or an equivalent training and possess excellent knowledge of the fares and products related to transport tickets, confirmed experience in the field, and know how to apply the rules and legal articles related to the profession with rigor and integrity. Thanks to your sense of organization and your precision, you are able to manage unforeseen situations and make appropriate decisions, even under pressure. Your resistance to stress and your ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues are essential assets for this position. Finally, your flexibility allows you to ensure irregular schedules (20h/24h -- 365 days per year) with full reliability. Living in the Morges region is an asset.
