The main mission of the Quality Assistant is to contribute to the evolution of technical, quality and organizational performance in Production.

Quality Assistant

The role of the Quality Assistant is to :

• Monitor Quality: indicators, contingencies
• Participate in improvement actions
• Participate in the deployment of Quality Assurance within the company

General mission :

• Provide technical support to production teams
• Be a driving force in the evolution of Production Workshop performance
• Lead the Workshop steering meetings (TOP5)
• Participate in the evolution of processes
• Drive and monitor performance indicators
• Handle external and internal non-conformities (8D)
• Ensure field monitoring of the correct application of standards and best practices (Audits)
• Participate in continuous improvement actions (Lean, 5S)

Prerequisites :

• Holder of higher technical training
• Significant experience in a similar position
• Mastery of Quality tools and methods
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office Pack) and an ERP
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
