Network Engineer What awaits you You contribute to conception, design, engineering, and operation in the area of network and firewall You actively participate in internal infrastructure projects and sub-projects You further develop the managed network infrastructures by developing technical solution concepts, defining standards, and implementing them in projects You advise and support our customers and internal projects with installations, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of network and firewall infrastructures You communicate with customers and colleagues and support them with your technical know-how You document technical implementations and workflows What you bring (Professional) university degree in computer science or comparable training Several years of practical experience in the network area Knowledge in the Datacenter Network and Security area (Firewalling) Ansible and knowledge are desirable Commitment and customer orientation are a matter of course for you. You carry out the intensive communication in our customer projects in a motivated and professional manner High level of commitment and flexibility as well as willingness to learn new things Structured and goal-oriented approach Fluent German and English in spoken and written form Preferred: Experience with modern AI-supported development tools such as Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar We are looking for you – become part of our team As part of our growing customer base, we are looking for a Network Engineer (80 - 100%) for our Zurich location, immediately or by arrangement. As a Network Engineer, you will significantly develop the network infrastructures and be in constant exchange with our internal and external customers. The demanding activities require a (professional) university degree in computer science, proven professional experience, fluent German and English in spoken and written form, flexibility, commitment, and interest in dealing with customers and employees.
