Your role

As a Finance & Controlling Clerk, you will take on an important role in our accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting. You will ensure that invoices, payments and postings are processed correctly and on time, keep an eye on open items and support the team with reconciliations and closing work.

These tasks await you

• Checking, coding and posting accounts payable invoices as well as preparing supplier payments
• Creating, correcting and sending invoices as well as supporting invoicing
• Monitoring open accounts receivable including dunning management and processing of debt collection proceedings
• Posting daily bank movements as well as checking and reconciling bank balances, transit accounts and WIR
• Maintaining customer master data as well as ensuring a correct database
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as creation of analyses and evaluations

With these skills you are well prepared

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as an accurate and structured way of working
• Good German skills; French skills are a big plus
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision is an advantage
• Independence, reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
