Order Manager for the vehicle construction and commercial products sector (80-100%)

Would you like to bring your technical and organizational expertise to our team and autonomously coordinate and manage various customer orders in vehicle construction and the commercial products field, from planning to final success?

What you can accomplish with us:

• You take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and management of customer orders in vehicle construction and commercial products - from order intake to final success.
• You coordinate the relevant departments and ensure compliance with agreed deadlines, costs, quality, and customer requirements.
• You are the central interlocutor for customer communication related to the order and coordinate modifications, delivery dates, and necessary validations.
• You work in close collaboration with sales, design, production preparation, purchasing, and production, monitoring order progress and ensuring smooth and economical processing.

What you bring:

• You have completed a basic technical or commercial EFZ training or an equivalent training. Additional training in order management, production preparation, purchasing, or business management is an asset.
• You have professional experience, ideally in order management, work preparation, purchasing, or a comparable function in a technical environment.
• You work autonomously, structured, and economically, possess organizational skills, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You communicate easily in German, ideally have knowledge of English or French, and are familiar with common Office and ERP applications.
