HR Business Partner (Home Office / Bern)

A leading service company in the Bern area is looking for reinforcement for the strategic and operative support of several locations.

• Job title: HR Business Partner (m/f/d) incl. home office
• Workload: 80-100%
• Work location: Thun (with home office component)

Your main tasks:

• Sparring partner for executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Advising on labor law, organizational, and leadership-related topics
• Accompanying change projects, cultural and organizational development
• Steering recruiting processes for an optimal candidate experience
• Coaching in employee appraisals, conflicts, and absence management

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Commercial training plus HR further training (eidg. FA) or HR studies (FH/Uni)
• Several years of sound experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist
• High advisory competence, empathy, and assertiveness
• Experience with HRM systems (preferably Abacus)
• Proficient German, other languages an advantage
