Are you looking for varied work involving field service missions and contact with customers? In this position, your responsibilities are diverse: you notify orders to pay, execute seizures and respond to customers, at the counter or on-site. In contact with multiple stakeholders, you closely follow certain stages of legal proceedings.

Your tasks

• Contact with customers at the counter, by telephone as well as externally (debtor and creditor parties, employers, etc.)
• Notification of orders to pay and enforcement acts
• Announcement and execution of seizures on-site and in the official premises
• Preparation of statements and collection of payments

Your profile

• Initial training as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Very good oral and written expression in French (mother tongue) and in German (at least B2)
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and organization
• Self-confidence and ability to assert oneself
• Driver's license and motorized vehicle for field service
• Irreproachable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
