Die NaturKita GmbH is a daycare center for children from 3 months to 5 years. Located in a quiet location, near the nature reserve forest of Adliswil. In total, we run two children's groups. Our focus is concentrated on experiential and forest pedagogy, with many elements from Montessori pedagogy also flowing in. Through nature experiences, the children's group, as well as each individual child, is playfully strengthened and promoted. The seasons and their cycles are our focus in everyday life. Throughout the year, we spend between 1.5 to 5 hours daily in the forest or garden, in all weather conditions. The infant and toddler group cares for children from 3 months up to the 2nd year of life and has 8 places. You will work in a 2- or 3-person team together with learning and trained staff. The area of responsibility includes the following tasks: Organization and ensuring of group-internal processes Leading the children's group according to the NaturKita concept Planning and shaping the group Guiding the staff in the group Annual development discussions Requirement profile: Completed pedagogical training (equivalent to FaBe Kind) BBT or willingness to attend the course Flair for organizational matters Team player Joy in spending time with children outdoors Weather-resistant and resilient The position offers: Lots of time in nature 2x annual team training Kita house with a large garden in an idyllic settlement 5 weeks vacation Small extras for the staff and even more...
