Accounting Clerk m/f/d 60%

For an established company in the Basel region, we are looking for an engaged, independent, and responsible personality in the field of administration and accounting, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing and monitoring of national and international payment transactions
• Monitoring of open items and management of the dunning process
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative activities
• Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Contact person for internal and external contacts regarding accounting queries

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in accounting and administrative activities
• Very good user knowledge of Abacus
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of French, English is an advantage
• Exact, structured, and independent way of working
• High reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with a quick grasp
