What you can achieve ##

• You ensure the stable operation and availability of the supported SAP applications in the SCM area and accompany them throughout their entire lifecycle.
• For incidents, problems and changes, you are the first point of contact in your area of responsibility. You analyze disturbances, coordinate solutions and keep an eye on interfaces and background processes.
• You record requirements from the specialist departments, further develop suitable SAP solutions and accompany their implementation and testing.
• You work closely with key users, BPC and external partners and support users in day-to-day business.
• You keep documentation up to date and ensure knowledge transfer. Participation in the on-call and standby service is also part of the function.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed basic training and relevant further training, for example in business informatics, informatics or supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
• You know operational processes in at least one of the areas of logistics, procurement, production or maintenance and have experience in the SAP environment.
• You bring knowledge in one or more SAP modules, for example MM, WM/EWM, PP-PI or PM/EAM.
• You enjoy working at the interface between IT and the specialist department. Experience in application management, SAP customizing or with interfaces is an advantage.
• You are confident in using SAP and the common Microsoft 365 applications and have very good German and good English skills.
