For our Max Mara store in the heart of the Bern old town, we are looking for a Client Advisor (f/m/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement

As a Client Advisor, you will convince our sophisticated clientele with your professional expertise and passion for fashion and consulting. You are motivated, determined, and enjoy working in a team.

Your main tasks:

• Active sales and customer consulting of our local and international clientele
• Intensive support of our regular customers
• Constant expansion of our CRM
• Goods receipt control and stock management
• Continuous e-learning about the product

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in the sale of high-quality fashion
• Strong-selling and committed personality
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Team-oriented
• Fluent German and French skills are a requirement
• Computer skills are an advantage
