Night Watch (Permanent Position or Floater)

In a two-person team - mostly consisting of a nursing professional and a nursing assistant - you ensure that our residents also feel well taken care of at night. You take over the necessary care and nursing, have an open ear for their concerns, and react attentively to their needs.

At the same time, you make an important contribution to the daytime team and perform tasks that often fall short during the busier daytime operations.

For this responsible and versatile task, you bring very good oral skills in High German as well as a good understanding of Swiss German dialect. Careful and comprehensive induction is a matter of course for us.
