Early Childhood Educator Introduction The mission of L’Association le Colibri is to offer quality support and supervision for children aged from 3 months up to the 4th year of Harmos Primary school across 5 sites (Amandier, Borgeaud, Eikenott, UAPE Eikenott, Vernay) with 4 preschool and 2 after-school structures. It aims to promote the emotional, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, within a secure framework and in respect of individual specificities. As part of our development and in order to complete our teams, le Colibri is looking for a: Early Childhood Educator ES at 75 - 80% For a position in the toddler group (children aged between 18 months to 2 years and +) whose mission will be to guarantee quality reception, for both children and families, while respecting the institutional project, and collaborating closely with the pedagogical management and the general management. You must imperatively hold an EDE diploma classification 1 or an equivalence recognized by the SCAJE. You already have experience in a nursery or daycare, as well as a sense of human relations fostering a convivial, respectful, and dynamic working atmosphere. You feel capable of developing and maintaining a climate of trust and collaboration with the educational team, parents, and partners.
