Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Support Industrialization & Production sector, we are looking for a Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of industrialization and production activities. *Responsibilities* ## • Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs, and the quality of assigned projects, by ensuring regular reporting to management • Contribute to the dissemination of a project culture and continuous improvement within the I&P support teams • Define project frameworks: analyze the request, identify stakeholders, define the scope, objectives, milestones, and the project mandate to be validated • Build and manage the project schedule (work packages, tasks, loads, resources, budget) • Lead working groups and collaborative workshops (brainstorming, problem-solving, lessons learned) by mobilizing adapted Lean/continuous improvement tools and methodologies • Support and coach teams in their strategic or operational thinking phases, through a methodology, by asking the right questions and facilitating decision-making (coach/facilitator posture) • Provide methodological support and project management tools to field actors (team leaders, operators, referents) • Monitor project progress using key indicators, identify risks, and propose risk mitigation plans and/or corrective actions • Manage change requests during the project and adjust the action plan accordingly • Communicate regularly on project progress (steering committees, reporting, documentation) • Capitalize on best practices and methodological approaches to disseminate them more widely *Profile* ## • Academic training (Bachelor/Master, engineering or business school) in project management, industrial engineering, organization, or an equivalent field • Successful experience in project management and/or leading continuous improvement processes in an industrial environment is strongly appreciated • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus • Solid mastery of project management (scoping, planning, management, closing) • Mastery of office tools, project management tools, and working group facilitation tools (facilitation, collaborative workshops, problem-solving) • Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence tools and processes • Ability to structure complex thinking, analyze and synthesize data to objectify decisions, by combining strategic vision and field sense • Leadership and ability to unite people without direct hierarchical authority • Facilitator / coach posture: ability to bring out ideas and to support without imposing • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy and active listening, allowing for the management of trade-offs between various stakeholders (employees, management, executives, support functions) with situational intelligence • Rigor, organizational skills, and methodical approach • Proactive, open-minded, and ability to challenge existing practices • Pedagogical skills and ability to transfer skills and tools to teams • Autonomy, sense of initiative, and sense of commitment • Impactful communication directed at management and steering committees *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, solutions for flexible working hours, and first-class social benefits.
