Deputy Head of Department Sanitary

Your tasks: • Deputy to the Head of Department Sanitary • Independent project management • Leadership and coordination of construction sites • Leading the assembly teams • Assistance with operations such as, e.g., installation work • Work preparation, material procurement, and scheduling • Quotation and invoicing • Central interface between clients, construction management, architects, suppliers, and craftsmen • On-call service approx. 8-10 weeks per year What you bring with you: • Recognized qualification as Sanitär-Installateur/-in EFZ • Further training as Chefmonteur / in Sanitary or Project Manager Building Technology is an advantage, or the willingness to complete one of these training programs • Entrepreneurial flair (leadership experience is an advantage) • Careful, responsible, and independent way of working • Clean, well-groomed appearance and good manners • Enjoyment in communicating with customers, architects, construction managers, etc. • Good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good PC skills • Valid driving license category B • Willingness to perform on-call service
