We wish to recruit a Finance & Accounting Specialist (M/F)

Mission :

Within a financial team, you will take charge of the accounting management of several entities and actively contribute to the modernization of financial processes.

Your main missions will be the following:

• Ensure the general and analytical accounting of several companies.
• Participate in periodic closings as well as the preparation of financial reporting.
• Contribute to budget monitoring and financial analysis.
• Participate in the group's consolidation work.
• Ensure the monitoring of tax and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate on transformation projects for tools and working methods.
• Participate in the improvement, standardization and documentation of financial processes.
• Act as the link between business needs and technical teams within the framework of IT projects.
• Support the various evolution stages of an ERP: configuration, testing, validation and deployment.
• Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives of financial activities.

Profile
----------

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in an accounting function with responsibilities.
• Mastery of accounting, financial and reporting mechanisms.
• Strong affinity for ERP environments and digital tools.
• Experience as a key user, business referent or participant in an ERP project.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigorous, structured and autonomous working method.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different interlocutors.
• Marked interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
