A reintegration counselor for the AI office # Working time: 80 % - 100 % ## Disability insurance (AI) is a mandatory social insurance at the Swiss level. It supports insured persons threatened or affected by a disability through reintegration measures. The objective is that the insured persons can ensure their subsistence independently, fully or partially. If such reintegration (or reintegration) is not or only partially possible, the AI pays a (partial) pension. Tasks • Support for people with health limitations for the maintenance of employment or the search for a position • Conducting interviews with the persons concerned, partners and employers • Development of analyses of situation, problems and resources • Planning of reintegration and processing of decisions on the granting or refusal of benefits • Management of reintegration files • Support of the persons concerned and coordination of all stakeholders • Field activity in the canton of Grisons Requirements • Integrative personality with experience in professional integration or social insurance • Completed training in coaching/case management an asset • Medical knowledge an asset • Resilient, confident in negotiation, efficient, client-oriented and objective • Confident oral and written expression in the cantonal languages • Good computer knowledge • Openness, communication and constructive team spirit • Driver's license and personal vehicle for field activity We look forward to your online application and to meeting you.
