They are capable of carrying out a professionalizing activity in a workplace adapted to their skills and limitations, and assume daily life tasks without assistance. They attach importance to their professional identity, and fully and knowingly adhere to the concept of a work environment. For our work structures within workshops with a socializing vocation in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Your mission You intervene in various workshops of the Foundation, notably in the areas of the cafeteria, logistics, and sewing. In collaboration with the socio-professional instructors (MSP), you accompany people presenting an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder in their professional activity. You ensure the reconciliation of the requirements related to the workshop activity with support adapted to the skills, needs, and project of each person. You thus contribute to the development of their autonomy, their professional identity, and their social participation. You are notably required to: * Organize and supervise work while ensuring the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and safety rules. * Adapt tasks and instructions to the skills and needs of the accompanied persons. * Promote self-determination, skill development, and the enhancement of professional roles. * Ensure the continuity of workshop functioning during replacements or in addition to the permanent MSPs. * Collaborate with the MSPs and other professionals in order to guarantee the consistency of the support. Your profile * You hold a CFC in a craft profession; training in the fields of textiles, clothing, or sewing is an asset. * Ideally, you have experience in accompanying people presenting an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder. * Ideally, you hold the ES diploma of socio-professional instructor * Versatile, you are comfortable intervening in various work environments, notably in cafeteria, logistics, and sewing. * You are capable of independently supervising a group of 5 to 7 workers, taking initiatives, and adapting your interventions to the situations encountered. * You know how to combine autonomy and teamwork and communicate with ease with interlocutors of varied profiles. * You demonstrate practical sense, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach by being a force for suggestion. * You hold a category B driver's license.
