What you can move

• Active shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation for construction projects in SIA phases 2 to 5 (structural engineering and site infrastructure)
• Coordination of strategic framework conditions as well as development of procedural concepts, project plans and the project organization
• Preparation of decision-making bases and applications for the decision-making bodies
• Leading project teams in a complex environment as well as ensuring synchronization and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring project goal achievement in the dimensions of quality, deadlines and costs as well as project-specific risk management

What you bring with you

• Education in the fields of architecture or civil engineering, further training in project or real estate management an advantage
• Sound experience in construction project management as well as Swiss construction standards, SIA norms and project management methods
• Several years of experience in the project management of demanding construction projects with business responsibility
• Strong implementation personality with communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• Very good German skills, other languages such as French and English an advantage
