Facility Coordinator (a) Location Basel What to expect <br /> • First point of contact for building users • Information to building users on construction or other operational activities • Ensuring the accuracy of building security documentation and alarm organization • Conducting regular tours and checking the security status including marking permanent hazards • Administrative process management for approval and release of building access rights / shutdown of facilities / media / work permits • Identifying maintenance needs as well as defining and implementing necessary measures • Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance work • Accompanying third-party companies and craftsmen in the building • Carrying out room acceptance after moves • Ensuring compliance with building-specific guidelines • Proactive information about all activities in the building to the Facility Services Manager <br /> What you bring <br /> • Completed vocational training in a craft or training as a federal diploma housekeeper • Experience in managing complex buildings • Good technical understanding • Strong customer and service orientation • Safe handling of MS-Office • Flexible or willingness for deployments outside regular working hours • English language skills are an advantage <br /> Ready for us?
