Social Worker FH (m/f/d) 60-80 % ##

Social counseling is part of the diverse range of services offered by Pro Senectute Aargau. It essentially includes the counseling of older people as well as their relatives. This is connected to the unlocking of resources such as applying for financial assistance and the establishment of supporting networks.

Your tasks:

• Counseling of persons of AHV age and their relatives on topics such as finances, housing, health, lifestyle, and law
• Unlocking financial claims and support (social insurances, individual financial assistance)
• Docupass counseling: advance directive, living will
• Accompanying volunteers and mandate management in the Administrative Service
• Networking and cooperation with specialist centers and authorities
• Public relations for social counseling and specialist lectures

We expect:

• A degree in Social Work FH and experience in social counseling
• Independent and flexible working
• A resilient personality with excellent communication skills
• The talent to build and maintain a professional network
• Foreign language skills (Italian or others) are an advantage
