Receptionist in the night shift 60%

Your main tasks include among others: -Check-in of the last guests of the day -Check-out of the first guests in the morning -Guest care while maintaining quality standards -Cash handling and invoice control, -daily settlement, credit card settlement POS -Taking over the telephone exchange -Acceptance and processing of reservations -You work at night for 3 days a week from approx. 22:45 to 07:05 -Direct, partly long-term contact with our long-standing regular guests and long-term guests -Binding of a diverse international clientele (promoting our ALL|LeClub Accor Loyalty program) -Collaboration with our local partners and suppliers -and more. We expect: • You have good German and English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage. • You are characterized by an engaged and independent working style, team ability and sense of responsibility. • You have a quick grasp. • Customer, employee and service orientation are your top priority.
