Demanding manufacturing at state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 control. Loading and prioritization of prototype, individual, and small series parts using the latest robot technology. Full responsibility for the accuracy of the components as well as monitoring of the complete production process. Coordination of the entire process, from material ordering to the quality control of the workpieces. Ensuring the optimal utilization of machine running times through use in a regulated 2-shift operation. Your profile Successfully completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or a comparable technical qualification. Sound practical experience in the independent operation of 5-axis machines. Sound knowledge of Heidenhain control, where specific experience with the TNC640 version represents a great advantage. Strong quality awareness paired with a very independent, systematic, and exact working methodology.
