• You expertize vehicles regarding bodywork and technical damage and establish the corresponding quotes
• You are the central interlocutor between insurance companies, clients and internal services and coordinate communication
• You coordinate and accompany repair work and handle the associated administrative tasks
• You ensure the quality of the work performed and ensure smooth processing of claims
• You support the preparation manager and ensure their replacement in case of absence

What you bring:

• You have completed training as an automobile mechanic, automotive specialist or bodywork technician with commercial experience. Alternatively, you have training in the service sector and experience in the automotive industry
• Ideally, you have experience as a service advisor, painter or bodywork technician as well as knowledge in the bodywork sector and insurance processes
• You work independently, are well organized and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• You have a flair for bodywork damage, find suitable solutions with clients and partners and convince with your keen sense of service and customer orientation
• You possess excellent IT skills, are capable of working in a team, flexible and very committed
