About the job

Challenge / Your tasks

-You advise in the area of interfaces of our ERP industry solution OPALE

-You analyze new interface requirements and work out solutions

-You independently carry out exciting interface projects in the Swiss clinical environment

-You set up new interfaces at our customers

-You work closely with our development department, e.g., for further developments

-You test and validate new interfaces and integrations

-You support and look after our customers via remote maintenance or on-site

-You assist in the creation of documentation as well as translation work French/German

-You support our sales at events and pre-sales activities

Your competence / Requirements

You have good knowledge and experience in the following areas:

-Sound IT knowledge & affinity as well as technical flair

-Basic knowledge in dealing with Microsoft server operating systems, networks, remote desktops, filesystems as well as various useful IT tools, etc.

-Standardized formats such as HL7, FHIR, ALIS, XML, JSON, CSV are known to you

-Basic knowledge in various script languages such as BATCH, PowerShell

-Knowledge in the area of WebService (SOAP) and WebAPI (REST)

-Knowledge of processes in the clinical environment is an advantage

-Higher vocational education (Computer scientist, medical informatician, hospital specialist or similar) Analytical thinking skills
