YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for daily, weekly and monthly quality controls of POCT analysis devices in the emergency department. This includes maintenance, service, calibration and troubleshooting IT issues
• Meticulous entry and verification of laboratory results in the M-KIS system to ensure correct data entry
• You are the contact person for collaboration with Bioanalytica, organize the messenger service for sample logistics and ensure smooth operations
• Management and ordering of laboratory materials
• Writing medical reports as well as taking charge of administrative tasks such as scanning documents, orders and telephone coordination
• Autonomous performance of laboratory analyses in various specialized fields in accordance with work instructions, including rapid validation of laboratory results as well as independent quality controls
• Flexible hours: possibility of part-time work (half-day)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a biomedical analyst HF or medical assistant EFZ training
• Experience in emergency and hospital environments is an asset
• You are flexible, able to work in a team and keep your cool in stressful situations
• Reliable and precise work
• Great commitment and personal initiative
