RESPONSIBLE for Order Management & Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks: * You will further develop the Supply Chain Management area professionally, personally, and organizationally

• You are responsible for the entire end-to-end process and optimize the cooperation between sales, sales internal service, purchasing, production, logistics, and supply chain management
• You ensure capacity-oriented production planning and are responsible for planning reliability, resource utilization, and high delivery reliability
• You drive the continuous optimization of processes and establish shopfloor management as well as KPI-based control in the sense of Operational Excellence
• You lead cross-departmental transformation and optimization projects and actively help shape ERP and
• digitalization initiatives
• You develop a future-oriented value chain together with adjacent departments and contribute sustainably to the competitiveness of the company

Your profile:

• You have several years of leadership experience in the supply chain management of a manufacturing company
• You bring sound knowledge in production planning, process management, and handling ERP systems
• You have experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, as well as in the successful implementation of change and optimization projects
• You think entrepreneurially, process-oriented, and analytically, and have a pronounced business understanding
• You convince as a strong leadership, strong communication, and assertive personality with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
• You have very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
