HES/EPF Architect 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical files and execution documents
• Manage calls for tenders, submissions and awards
• Actively contribute to the development and influence of the office
• Supervise construction management and guarantee the smooth running of construction sites
• Lead projects through all their phases, from design to completion
• Follow the financial aspects of projects (budgets, costs, expenditure control)
• Ensure coordination between different stakeholders (mandatories, companies, authorities)

Profile

• EPF or HES architect degree
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, experience in project management and/or construction management is an asset
• Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD software and other usual software
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in exchanges with various interlocutors
• Mastery of French, with good knowledge of English and/or German
