Where you will work

In the Pflegewohngruppe Pöstli, up to 12 older people live in a familial, manageable environment in the idyllically located Vorderthal. The residents live in the generously and cozily designed residential group, share their everyday life, and support each other.

Around the clock, nursing professionals ensure individual and comprehensive care and support up to the highest level of care. You work close to people, with responsibility, overview, and time for relationship and quality.

Your task

As a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, you take responsibility for holistic, resident-oriented care and support and actively contribute your specialist competence to the team.

Specifically, this means:

• Holistic, resident-oriented care and support, taking into account participation and self-efficacy
• Active cooperation in everyday nursing as well as solution-oriented thinking within the team
• Taking on responsibility during the course of the day
• Participation in the further development and quality assurance of nursing care
• Taking on individual night shifts in cooperation with the specialists in the team

What you bring

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• High sense of responsibility and stable, practical nursing expertise, empathy, openness, flexibility, and joy in creative daily organization
• Interest in a broad, holistic task that combines nursing and everyday life, as well as joy in involving residents in activities

A responsible, versatile task awaits you with a focus on normality and participation, in which you actively help shape everyday life together with a small, well-coordinated team.
