Thanks to the commitment and competence of over 6-500 collaborators and their attention to human relations, L-EOC ensures quality healthcare, taking care of over 41'000 inpatients per year and providing over 600'000 outpatient consultations. To complete our team of medical secretariats and outpatient clinics of the Locarno Regional Hospital La Carità, we are looking for a Medical Studio Assistant (50-70%) Profile: The person we would like to meet is flexible and can adapt promptly to different situations. Cordial and sociable, they demonstrate a pronounced proactive attitude. In addition to autonomous management of medical-delegated acts, they have a good mastery of the main secretarial tasks (patient reception, medical report drafting, invoicing, appointment management). The ideal candidate is particularly sensitive to understanding user needs and believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of our attention. They also understand the importance of confidentiality and professional secrecy. Necessary requirements: • Federal certificate of competence as a Medical Studio Assistant; • good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and typing skills; • Italian mother tongue and good oral knowledge of German.
