System Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%

On behalf of our client, a renowned IT company specializing in the development, operation, and support of business-critical software solutions as well as Managed Services, located in the Baden area, we are looking for a/an System Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100% # In this versatile and varied role, you are responsible for the operation and further development of the customer-side IT infrastructure as well as the Managed Services. You ensure the smooth operation of the system landscape and drive the engineering of new infrastructure solutions and optimizations. In addition, you plan, coordinate, and accompany changes for customers, partners, and suppliers and actively support demanding IT projects. To be successful in this demanding position, you have a completed degree or a comparable education in computer science (HF/FH). You have several years of experience in system engineering as well as in the administration of IT systems and applications. You have sound knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, application servers, Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, as well as firewall technologies. Ideally, you also bring experience with cloud technologies and container platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker. You speak fluent German as well as good English (oral and written).
