Assistant Hospitality & General Services Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You guarantee, in collaboration with the team management, cleanliness and order throughout the entire establishment - from hotel rooms and common areas to restaurant, event and banquet rooms, including the showroom, stairs and other public spaces
• You actively participate in daily operations and personally take on cleaning tasks in the various sectors of our large establishment
• You support the team management in the management and organization of a team of approximately 8 employees and judiciously distribute daily tasks
• You monitor the quality of cleaning and the execution of work, ensuring compliance with our cleanliness standards
• You assist in the planning of work and shifts as well as in schedule control
• You assume various administrative tasks, including ordering, stock management and organizational work
• In the event of leave or absence of the team management, you take over and lead the team autonomously
• You work in an establishment open 7 days a week and are generally there about 2 days per week depending on assistant team leader

What you bring:

• You have completed training as a CFC general services specialist, CFC hotel employee or equivalent training
• You have several years of practical experience in hospitality, general services or cleaning
• Ideally, you have initial experience in management and like to supervise, support and distribute tasks to employees
• You like to participate actively, roll up your sleeves and are not afraid of cleaning tasks
• You have a good eye for cleanliness, order and quality and attach importance to neat work
• You work autonomously, reliably and organized and maintain an overview even with many different tasks
• You possess good knowledge of German and adopt a friendly, clear and determined attitude towards employees
• You are flexible, resilient and willing to work in an establishment open 7 days a week with irregular hours
