Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was established in 2006 and has since earned a permanent place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment in the Metalli shopping center in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi on-site in a relaxed atmosphere with a terrace. Furthermore, the team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers sufficient space for numerous visitors.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement motivated

Sushi Chef (a) 80% on an hourly wage basis

Your versatile activities:

• You independently prepare the delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our delicious sushi creations! 🍣
• You prepare the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and a lot of attention to detail ❤️
• Freshness and quality are everything to you – you ensure that everything is in top shape! 🥬
• General cleaning work? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
• Hygiene is a matter of course for you – you adhere to the hygiene concept according to HACCP and ensure that everything is top-notch 📋✨

Your talents & experiences:

• At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi – a sushi training would be great! 🎓
• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️
• Your way of working is clean, efficient, and precise – you place great value on details ✅
• You are motivated to develop yourself further 🚀
• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures that everything remains fresh and delicious 🥬
