Introduction

For our client, an established institution in the social sector in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed leader as Team Lead Living. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for a living offer for adults with impairments and, together with your team, shape a living space that promotes self-determination, participation, and quality of life.

Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of an interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting adults with impairments in everyday life
• Responsibility for the organization and further development of the living area
• Ensuring professional key person work and case management
• Collaboration with internal and external specialists as well as relatives
• Promotion of resource-oriented and individual care
• Participation in the further development of processes and quality standards
• Ensuring smooth operation within a living offer with year-round care

Profile

• Completed training in the social or pedagogical field at FH or HF level
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to develop further in the leadership area
• Experience in accompanying adults with support needs is an advantage
• Knowledge of key person work and interdisciplinary collaboration
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented attitude
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Enjoyment of teamwork and the joint development of sustainable solutions
