Metrology Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a metrology technician for one of our clients:

Missions:

• Instrument fleet management: Define the measurement strategy, manage equipment monitoring
• Methods and equipment: Define and validate measurement methods on three-dimensional machines, optical equipment (Keyence)
• Analysis and validation: Perform MSA studies (R&R, capability), evaluate measurement uncertainties and supervise control ranges and procedures.
• Quality and technical authority: Analyze metrological drifts

Profile:

• Education: ES Diploma (Microtechnician or mechanical engineering)
• Mastery of reading complex plans, dimension chains and geometric tolerancing (ISO GPS / GD&T).
• Mastery of surface roughness measurement and optical vision systems (e.g. Keyence).
• Practice of metrological, statistical software and programming on 2D/3D measurement tools.
